1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the ZooZnu app ("the Service") constitutes agreement to these terms. If you disagree — please stop using the Service.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 10 years
• Ages 10–17: parental/guardian consent required
• Only one account per phone number
• Users must provide truthful information

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use: support@zooznu.com
• Accounts may not be transferred to another person
• ZooZnu may suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Code of Conduct

As a ZooZnu user you agree not to:

• Create offensive, racist, sexual, threatening or harassing content
• Post false information or mislead others
• Attempt to access other accounts or system data
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools
• Create multiple accounts
• Violate other users' privacy
• Any commercial use without explicit written permission

5. User Content

• You are responsible for all content you publish
• By publishing content, you grant ZooZnu a license to display it to relevant users
• ZooZnu may remove violating content without prior notice
• Do not post photos of others without their consent

6. Privacy

Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• ZooZnu logo, brand name, design and code — all rights reserved to ZooZnu
• Do not reproduce, distribute or modify ZooZnu content without permission
• ZooZnu does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content

8. Limitation of Liability

• ZooZnu provides the service "as is" without express or implied warranty
• ZooZnu is not responsible for interactions between users outside the app
• ZooZnu is not responsible for content published by users
• ZooZnu's liability is limited to amounts paid for the service (free service = zero)

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through app settings
• ZooZnu may terminate accounts that violate terms, with or without notice
• Upon account deletion — all data deleted within 30 days

10. Changes to Terms

ZooZnu may modify these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use constitutes agreement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction — courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
